Returns Policy

Scents for Cents will replace or credit any items received damaged or faulty within 14-days of purchase. Scents for Cents will also cover all postage charges for the return. Refund requests outside of the 14 day period are not able to be processed.

Postage

We can ship to any address in Australia. No international orders please.

All parcels are delivered via Australia Post Eparcel which is registered post and needs to be signed for upon delivery. We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of payment clearing. All items are insured to the value of $100.

Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane Metro     - up to 2 working days

Adelaide Metro                                           - up to 3 working days

Perth, Darwin Metro                                 - up to 5 working days

All other areas                                           - up to 5 working days

All advertised prices exclude postage charges. Postage is calculated at the rate of

$9.50 for the first item and $3.50 for each additional item.
